Refund Policy

Eligibility
We offer refunds on unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed (i.e., used to generate content) are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email ashishsaiwal.dev@gmail.com with:
- Your account email
- The purchase date and approximate amount
- A short note on the reason (optional but helpful)
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The refund returns to your original payment method via Razorpay.
What Happens to Your Credits
When a refund is processed, the corresponding credit balance is debited. If you have used some credits since the purchase, only the unused portion is refundable.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorised, contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most issues directly within a business day.
