1. Data We Collect

When you sign in, we collect: your name, email address, and profile image from Google OAuth. When you generate content, we store your prompts and the generated output.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the writing-generation service.
• To improve quality and detect abuse.
• To process payments (via Razorpay).
• To send service-related communications.

3. Third Parties

We share data only with:

• Anthropic — to process generation requests via the Claude API.
• Razorpay — to process payments (only billing-related data).
• Google — for OAuth authentication.

We do not sell your data.

4. Data Retention

Generations are stored for the lifetime of your account. You may delete your account at any time from /settings, which cascades-deletes your generations, templates, and billing history.

5. Your Rights

You may request export or deletion of your data by emailing ashishsaiwal.dev@gmail.com.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS. Payment information is handled by Razorpay and never touches our servers.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
